• Notes When Using Hot-Swappable

    Due to the unique nature of Hesper64(100)'s self-developed Dual-Action Switch, certain assembly processes may cause some switches to feel slightly tight during their first hot-swap.

    Please refer to the following video and apply appropriate force when replacing switches for the first time. This phenomenon will improve during subsequent hot-swaps on the same key position.


    Hesper64(100)独自開発のDual-Actionスイッチの特性上、初回のホットスワップ時に一部のスイッチがややきつく感じる場合があります。以下のビデオを参照し、初回のスイッチ交換時には適切な力を加えてください。この現象は、同じキー位置での以降のホットスワップ時に改善されます。

    The design of Hesper64(100) allows for hot-swappable switches, but if you need to disassemble the keyboard, please contact the Nics team. Otherwise, it may cause issues such as the mode switch or system toggle breaking. Thank you.

    If you disassemble the keyboard without authorization or without our guidance, we may not be able to provide any warranty service.

Install Dual-Action Key

  • 1. Using Keycap/Switch Puller, first remove the corresponding keycap
    キーキャップ/スイッチプーラーを使用して、まず対応するキーキャップを取り外してください。
    키캡/스위치 풀러를 사용하여 먼저 해당 키캡을 제거하세요.


    2. As mentioned in this user manual, when removing the corresponding switch for the first time, gently wiggle it left and right while slowly pulling it out in a vertical upward direction
    このユーザーマニュアルに記載されているように、対応するスイッチを初めて取り外す際は、左右に軽く揺らしながら、垂直にゆっくりと引き抜いてください。
    이 사용자 매뉴얼에 명시된 대로, 해당 스위치를 처음 제거할 때는, 좌우로 살짝 흔들며 수직으로 천천히 위로 당겨 빼세요.


    3. Finally, slowly press down the assembled Dual-Action Key until you hear a "Click", and then the Dual-Action function can be used
    最後に、組み立てたDual-Actionキーをゆっくりと押し下げ、「カチッ」という音が聞こえるまで押してください。その後、Dual-Action機能が使用可能になります。
    마지막으로 조립된 Dual-Action 키를 천천히 눌러 "클릭" 소리가 들릴 때까지 누르세요. 그러면 Dual-Action 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.

Switch to Normal Keys

  • 1. Please first remove the Lower Keycap of the Dual-Action Key following the method shown in the video
    まず、ビデオに示されている方法に従って、Dual-Actionキーの下部キーキャップを取り外してください。

    2. Please do not remove the Upper Key (The Upper Transparent Keycap), just gently wiggle the Dual-Action Switch left and right while slowly pulling it out in a vertical upward direction
    上部キー（透明な上部キーキャップ）を取り外さないでください。デュアルアクションスイッチを左右に軽く揺らしながら、ゆっくり垂直に上方向へ引き抜いてください。
    상단 키(투명한 상단 키캡)을 제거하지 말아 주세요. 듀얼 액션 스위치를 좌우로 살짝 흔들면서 천천히 수직으로 위쪽으로 당겨 빼 주세요.


    3. Align the regular switch with the slot, then slowly press it down until you hear a "Click". Finally, attach the keycap to complete the assembly
    通常のスイッチをスロットに合わせ、「カチッ」という音が聞こえるまでゆっくりと押し下げてください。最後にキーキャップを取り付けて組み立てを完了させます。
    일반 스위치를 슬롯에 맞춘 후, "클릭" 소리가 들릴 때까지 천천히 눌러주세요. 마지막으로 키캡을 부착하여 조립을 완료하세요.

    When assembling the switch, make sure that the two pins of the switch are properly aligned with the two holes in the key slot
    Currently, Hesper64(100) does not support switches from other brands but is compatible with most low-profile keycaps on the market. Please take note.

Step 1

Connect your device with USB data cable to the keyboard, set the keyboard to the wired mode.

Go to VIA’s official online configurator at usevia.app with a Chromium-based browser.

Head to “Settings” page.

Step 2

Switch on “Show Design tab”.

Head to the “Design” page and click the “Load” button, then select the JSON file attached below and upload it:

Step 3

Once the upload is successful, go to the “Configure” page and click the “Authorize Device” button.


Then select device name: “Hesper64(100)” in the pop-out window, an on-screen keyboard can be seen if the setup is successful.

  • How to Fix 2.4GHz Receiver Connection Issues


    If you find that the 2.4GHz Wireless function is not working properly after connecting the 2.4GHz receiver, or the green light on the light bar at the top of the keyboard keeps flashing, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:
    1.Switch the keyboard to 2.4G Wireless mode.
    2.Connect the 2.4GHz receiver to the terminal device.
    3.Press and hold the FN+4 keys on the keyboard until the green light on the light bar starts flashing rapidly, then release the keys.
    4.Place the keyboard close to the 2.4GHz receiver.
    5.Once the light bar stops flashing, check if the 2.4G Wireless mode is functioning properly.


    2.4GHz受信機を接続した後に2.4GHzワイヤレス機能が正常に動作しない、またはキーボードの上部にあるライトバーの緑色のライトが点滅し続ける場合、以下の手順を参考にして問題を解決してください：
    1.キーボードを2.4Gワイヤレスモードに切り替えます。
